Banana Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

Frozen banana chunk

½ cup of light Greek yoghurt

½ cup milk (or milk alternative such as almond or soy)

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Additional Chia seeds for topping (optional)

 

Method 

Add frozen banana chunks, vanilla yogurt, milk, Chia seeds and cocoa powder to blender. Puree until smooth and blended.
