Ingredients

3 egg whites

1 whole egg

50g oats

Pinch sea salt

Cinnamon (optional)

 

Method 

Beat eggs and add oats and salt. Add berries for more nutrients. Cook like pancakes. Serve with low-fat yoghurt.
