Fish Tortillas and Pineapple Salsa

Power Protein Shake

Ingredients 

200ml of milk of your choice

200ml water

1 serve of quality protein powder (approx 20g protein)

10ml flaxseed oil

Small handful berries -fresh or frozen

1 tbsp unsweetened yoghurt

 

Method

Blend all ingredients. Add ice to thicken up.
